Craigslist clone

I need a script built that mirrors the EXACT look and funcionality of Craigslist with a couple crucial additional features: - The ability to post different ads (banners) in different sub categories, so basically I can control exactly what advertisement go into each subcategory (i.e. state and city) - Also this should have the option in the admin panel to be positioned in the left hand column or bottom of the page. - The ability to in one step post a global banner to all cities within the portal. - A funcion inside of the admin panel that counts the amount of total posts within the portal. A couple of other requirements are that we prefer to only work with a company who has built Craigslist clones previously and also can provide us a front and back end demo of your script before we select your bid.
