I would like an exact clone of GetAFreelancer using php/mysql and html
It would need to have the same layout, same features, and same overall design.
RULE: I want the script to be written from scratch and all rights given to me. I dont want freelancers bidding that think they can install a copy of the [url removed, login to view] freelance script and expect me to believe they coded it. I want a php coder who can write this all himself without copying copyrighted scripts already out there.
Further projects WILL come after this one, so keep this in mind when you're bidding. Lowest quality bid will win. BID COMPETITIVELY. This is a great long-term business relationship.
