CMS_PHP website

I need a Content Management System (CMS) in php such that it can generate html pages and do the following: 1) Add Meta tags/ Title (Page Title i.e. the one that shows up on the blue title bar on IE when you open a web page). 2) Add Title, Description and Content - with urls of pictures -- We can use HTML from FrontPage to paste it. 3) A page will be created when "create page" button is hit in the CMS.. the name will b same as in the "Name" text box which will be provided in the CMS. 4) While creating a page I will be choosing a category or sub category -- so I would like the links to be updated in the main - Tree When a page is created, a hyperlink needs to be added to the respective category. For eg:- If I add an article under heading Training > Men > Yogic exercises. A hyperlink should be added automatically under Training > Men. (So that we do not have to manually add the hyperlinks as we go on adding the articles) We would like to implement a similar look as the template below [login to view URL] If you can see the red arrow pointing to the top left square box. As soon as we create a new page, we would like to have the article (with the Pic), the Title (in bold) and Description (Pic, Title, Description will all be provided in the CMS panel where we will be pasting the article content) As new articles are added the article (mentioned above) moves with the following flow - top right > bottom left > bottom right. 5) The navigation menu to the right needs to be shifted to the left and all the navigation menu links will be Admin controlled from the CMS so that we can add /remove/edit any links. The top category, in this case “Buy Online” etc will also need to be admin controlled along with the hyperlinks that they are pointing to. 6) The menu at the bottom also needs to be admin controlled along with the hyperlinks to be put in. 7) The pictures that are uploaded in the square box need to be in a specific size and the user needs to know about it. Ie if the user tries to upload a larger image than currently set, must get a user prompt infoming him image size must be NNN where nnn is the size set for images. 8) The header image on front page must also be controlled from admin 9) would like this site to be a fully automated installable script 10) we will require all PSD images BUTTONS 100% 11) 15 DAY MAX 12: Must be fully tested , debugged and 100% working on handover
