I have an existing CMS that I have written myself and I wish to add a jobs board to it. The structure of the CMS should be maintained. Please don't bid if you are planning on integrating an off the shelf system - it needs to tie in exactly with the rest of the CMS, including the classes etc - or do not understand object oriented PHP. I highly value simplicity in user interfaces - if it is too complex it is no use.
The following sheet shows the “Career Opportunities” sub-menu configuration and should contain a structure and search functionality

The database content of the Career Opportunities Page and Sub-Menu pages should be configurable via an online Menu Feature allowing non IT Literate staff the ability to:
• Review List of Jobs by Date, ID, etc.
• Addition of Jobs
• Deletion of Jobs
• Editing of Jobs
When the jobs database is filtered by, for example, discipline and location search criteria, the resulting search should display the following:
• Job Code
• Job Description
• Office Location
• Date Posted & Expiry Date
Under each job position, a web-form will be available for the applicant to fill out and to optionally upload their CV. The web-form should contain the following fields:
• Job ID Code: (This should automatically be filled in for the job which is being viewed)
• Job Description: (This should automatically be filled in for the job which is being viewed)
• Office Location: (This should automatically be filled in for the job which is being viewed)
• Name:
• Address:
• Email Address:
• Contact No:
• Mobile No:
• Qualification/Discipline:
• A commentary section for free text comments
• CV Upload Feature (Ability to attach CV to website)
After a job position is answered, an automated, but configurable, generic response should be sent to the person’s inputted email address acknowledging receipt of the persons online application. The response mail should insert relevant text cues taken from the response form, e.g. “Dear XXX, with regard to your enquiry about the position of XXX”, etc.
All uploaded CV and inputted Web-form information should automatically be sent to an e-mail address that can be configured in the CMS.
I will do it up to your satisfaction and understanding. The functionality will exactly tie up with your current functionlaity and design. Best Wishes, Vishanta

We really will enjoy making this proyect.
