AMAZON expert Need To Upload Template to Correct Category in AMAZON

I currently run ads on Amazon Auction .............. What I need help with is I have a hard time keeping my ad in the correct category I save the template as delimited text file in Excel .. I upload and its there sometimes and sometimes not.. My auction ad starts out in correct category and then a few hours later NOT in the category ?? . Have contacted AMAZON .... No help from them....
