BoxBilling API help

I need someone to help right now getting hte boxbilling API to work, as it reads it isnt something to hard and its made to do this. WHen you are a reseller it somehow allows you to issue licenses. I want to make it where either WHMCS can have BB issue a license and it mentions it, or WHMCS offers a code of some kind that you use as a promo code for getting the boxbilling license ( i have both, whmcs is main for our hosting and boxbilling is for the resellers). If someone can do this , thenI will speak with them about partnering withme on my SSL API , I would like to make a whmcs, and maybe boxbilling and as many other billing softwares as possible a module to sell SSL, I have ssls that are cheaper then most anywhere else,and it has an API and i would like to create a reseller module, and who every helps me make it ill give a percentage of the profits. But for now can someone help me with this boxbilling API? I do not think it is worth more then 30 US money to make, I am looking for around 20-25, if more then that Iwill figure out on my own, just fair warning
