Codeigniter specialist (PHP MySQl)

I need some modifications to the following web application: www [dot] shiftexec [dot] com. I am willing to buy the developer version if I find a codeigniter specialist that can make the modifications I need. The work should within 2 to 3 days...If ure a codeigniter specialist pls bid on this project.

I need the following modifications: (Please check their demo on their site before you bid)

1- On schedule page, the system allows to schedule someone, but there is no way to schedule him as being sick, in training, holiday, came in late, worked overtime...etc...So I need a new field called Status, and based on the status, the schedule will show in a different color (use if statement)

2- I need a reporting page, that will display how many times an employee was sick, holiday....etc.. So based on the Status I want a count function to display the STATUS statistics of every employer which is only visible for Admin...and if u can make that every employer sees his own stats, would be great.

3- I need a page, not connected to anything in the system except to employees table. Where an employee can fill in his availabilities for the future so that the admin can take those wishes into consideration when planning future schedules...This is just a page that displays information and every employer should be able to edit his own future schedule wishes. This is a stand alone page that only has a connection to Users table.

So I need 3 modifications. I believe this should not take more than 2 days.
