ClipShare Video Template Modifications

On the video viewing page, I'd like to make the following changes: 1. Move the related/user videos up to the top, where "Add Video To Your Social Bookmarks!" currently is. 2. Place the social book marks immediately below related/user videos 3. Move a collapsed version of the video information below the video, showing only username, date loaded and views. When expanded it will display the full video information below the video and move the comments down. 4. The empty box, currently below the social bookmarks, is for advertising. It should be hidden, when there are no active adverts, and moved to the top, above the related/user videos, when there are active ads.
