We are looking to develop a compliance management system built on LAMP technologies - could be built using Cake or Rapid PHP Features will include - sitewide SSL and encryption for user credentials - ability to host and bill for multiple software iterations (CC, paypal, manual transactions) - a complex permissions framework with 5 + user types (we have looked at using [login to view URL] for this, but are open to systems built as part of other rapid development frameworks. - a flexible reporting and notifications systems - in depth category management for nearly all facets of the user system (properties, user categories, usertype2 categories, general categories, training categories) - a document/training management system based around open source e-learning software (claroline or similar) - modification of a system (or system) design to suit our own document management and training systems Interested parties will also need to help work on finalising a technical specification / functional requirements document before work begins. Coders interested in this work will need to work closely with project managers (buyer) and be willing to work through complex problems until the project is 100% complete and tested. Support and bug fixing for an additional 6 months will be required, but they would be negotiated separately with a retainer arrangement. ## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
