Design for WordPress blog

Hello Take a look at [login to view URL] I'm a PHP coder, but I know jack about designing something artistic. So that’s where you come in. The blog software is powered by WordPress 2.1. As you see, the blog is currently on the default Kubrick theme that comes with WP. What I need is for you to provide me with a nice looking design so that it would look not look like the million+ sites out there with the same theme :) I would need someone with experience with creating designs for WordPress specifically. Below is a URL of a design I like: [login to view URL] I would prefer the design to be having a white background with a darker color - preferably a shade of blue (the URL I've given you should give you an idea of what I'm looking for). I would also like the layout of the blog to look like the one shown in the URL - a section for "Bio", "Recent Posts", "Popular Posts" and "Recent Comments". Don’t worry about where the content for these would come ??" the point is that I just need the 3 column layout to be different from the layout of the default WordPress theme. I require the design to follow of good standards - valid XHTML and CSS please. References to any sort of design work (especially concerning WordPress) you have done in the past would be good. Please include the how long you take to deliver this to me. This should be a quick job for a good designer. As this is a personal project, the max price is a bit low - but I've got a couple more design jobs I might need done in the near future depending on how this goes Feel free to ask me anything you want... Happy bidding! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform All recent versions of Firefox, Opera, Safari and Internet Explorer.
