Database, filtered search and analysis tool(repost)

Its a survey management and analysis portal, where you will have a form to enter all the surveys and a search to pull all the survey results and different parameters which will me marked while you enter survey to know where we are getting hit. The database, form and registration and search page is already done and its ready but you will have to check because few functions are not working properly and the reports part is not working. We can say 60 to 70 % of the project is already done and i need help yo finish the project as soon as possible. Genrally it will be Name, ID, Client remarks, Score, date and account id and may be 2 more and then i should have filter from where i can pull data for each name or may be diffrent combination like date range and score from 2 to 7 and then it should pull all the surveys with remarks and my portal should have many analysis tools with graphics and pie chart and for more information we can talk on this I will have millions of survey results there and then i need some functions where in i can found out who got lease scpres on most of surveys and diffrent kinds of analysis combination. **Half the project is done by other coder but its not complete and she took lot of time to do it. I need a coder who can quickly review my flow charts and quickly see the project and quickly finish the project before dead line.
