Custom Wordpress Template / Design (small project)

Looking for custom wordpress template. I will provide all the images (Illustrator). You will have to do some minor image slicing, create roughly 15 pages via wordpress CMS, and some CSS effects/positioning. Should take about 2 hours max. Details: The site is a portfolio of my design work for review by potentialemployers. The project would involve slicing the Illustrator file shown (I'll provide the layered original) and building the site using a liquid-width, div-based (ie table-less) layout in HTML and .css with dynamic page elements as described below. Each tab (web, branding, etc.) represents a category of projects,indicated by the numbered circles below. Clicking on a numbered circle would load the appropriate project image, as well as title, client and details below the image. Numbered circles should have an image-based, off, active, hover and visited state (which may be doable in .css or may need custom javascript). Projects should load as PHP includes, without reloading the rest of the page. You will not be responsible for slicing or uploading the project images or details, just creating the framework (wordpress), initial files, and naming conventions so that I can add, remove, update and reorder projects as desired. Tabs can be individual pages (wordpress pages). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Wordpress 2.0
