Custom Php Script using XML and Youtube

Hello , We are looking for a very simple script that would work like this : 1. Script gather youtube videos from rss feeds 2. Script displays a list of the results & each result is *LISTENABLE* only in a tiny simple audio player .Below each player there is the posting date of the video and a "encode to channel" link . 3. If "encode to channel" is pressed , selected audio will be encoded with a still image (same for all files) & uploaded to pre-defined new channel . This process is AJAX . the more minimal the page design the better . Project will be awarded to first person able to show us a working demo of what we *EXACTLY* ask for above 50% Milestone will be paid when FULL review has been done with us & every ddetail has been setup us and the last 50% after will be paid after installation of the script on our server
