Create several PHP XML from MySQL & add some fields

We will provide SSH access to the TWO Red Hat Enterprise Linux Servers (release 5 Tikanga) via keyfile and password. One is a webserver, the other is the database server. This should be a VERY simple project if you are familiar with Creating PHP XML Output from MySQL (version 5.0.87) by setting up several web URLs that respond with XML Data. *IMPORTANT: This must be a response from Server in XML Format, NOT Just Export From Database. We require a several more like this: 1) Category List (First, secondary (bilingual)) 2) Shops List (Order by distance, Premium, Silver Listing, Search, Event) 3) Shop Detail information. And we will need to add several new fields to our MySQL for things like "Receiving Photo Upload URL" Attached XLSX file shows details of the needs. Knowledge of XOOPS would be a plus because our website is built with it, but is not a requirement.
