Create custom wordpress theme from basic designs

I have some rough sketches of a site which need to be converted into a working WordPress theme. The theme must then be installed onto its domain. Domain address, username and password will be transmitted after the bid has been accepted. Its a basic design but needs to work on all browsers. There will be 7 days of development time during which daily updates will be required (screen-shots) and tweaks may be made for example fonts changed, menus rearranged, colours brightened etc (small changes). After the initial development and during the final 7 days, I will add the content to the live theme, at this point help may be required to get the content working correctly such as slideshows, menu item sizes adjusting etc. ## Deliverables Overall the theme should be blues and greens. The background will be gradients of blues, with highlights following the curvature of the menu. The header should be only be text, the rest of the header area should be transparent above the background layer. The top offset should be 50px The size of the theme should be 1000 x 1200 px (width x height) Theme colour should be clean blues. The menu area should be light blues with an opacity of 50-80%. The menu will contain a dropdown menu under about me and possibly packages. These should be configurable through the wordpress admin menu page. The images are not exact, however the left column containing the menu should taper in. The site should look slick and fit together well. The image in the top of the menu may be a slideshow, to be confirmed at a later date, for not please just use one image. The menu items should have borders and a fill that highlights on hover and darkens when you are at that page. The text area should also be off-white with with an opacity of 50-80%.
