Create Website with PHP and MySQL

Create database-driven site and back-end utility to update the database. All in PHP. Front end (40% of project): Take .jpg of site design and break it down into html, using CSS and php to create a template-based site. Site will consist of a homepage and a template for the interior pages. Back end (60% of project): Create 8-10 forms in PHP that will connect to an Access Database. Also, 3-4 pages for confirmations and navigation. And there will need to be a Log In screen with minimal security via PHP login and session variables. I will define milestones in the details of this bid and release money when each milestone is met. The documents included are not final! There will be new documents sent when the bid is accepted. ## Deliverables Back end: 1) Forms, Screens, and Layouts have been handwritten and scanned in. Please look them over before submitting the bid. 2) All forms must be created in PHP and will need to update and display information from the MySQL database. 3) You will need to create a navigation bar to be displayed at the top of each Admin screen. This can be an include file. The following Milestones will need to be met in order to successfully finish the project: Milestone 1 (5%): Create and test the Log In screen. Milestone 2 (15%): Create and test the screens for Updating Sections and Updating Links. Milestone 3 (40%): Create and test the screens for editing and adding Resources. The following Milestones will need to be met in order to successfully finish the project: Milestone 4 (20%): Create and test the homepage Milestone 5 (20%): Create and test the interior page In addition, 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
