Convert template to Wordpress - CSS

Hello Coders/Designers! I have this mixed HTML/CSS template that I would like converted to a CSS tableless template AND Wordpress theme. The finished template should be compatible with popular browsers, such as IE, Netscape and Firefox. Once the HTML is converted into CSS only template, it should be easy to convert it into a Wordpress theme. So, basically, your bid should cover both (regular template+WP theme). **Regular template: **I would like the layout to stay the same, without using tables. You must add some DIV styles for the content (text) and centered images. **[login to view URL] Theme **Using the CSS only template created, you should convert it into a WP theme by adding a simple but nice looking right panel. If you have worked with WP before, this should be a breeze to do :D I have attached the template to this project so you can see what it looks like. Thanks and happy bidding! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
