Convert Yahoo Store to Oscommerce

I represent a colleague/client who has an existing online business using Yahoo Stores. While everything works well as is, we recognize there is a limited upside in using this proprietary shopping cart long term. Would like a quote on helping set up a new oscommerce store, exporting all store content from yahoo, and importing it into OSCommerce (or CRELoaded or zencart, etc) . I understand that this is not ridiculously, technically difficult to do for someone good at xml parsing and php/mysql skills, but I want someone who also understands how a business runs and can help plan the migration from the old platform to the new. Will require minor graphic design skills, transferring the look and feel, but no logo creation, etc. I am an IT Project Mgr for a large IT company, so can help with helping translate the business requirements into technical ones and assit you in planning. Apologize for redundancy, but budget was posted incorrectly. It is higher (maybe substantially) than 100-300 dollars, depending on scope of work and skill level.
