Construct multiple web pages on a template

I want to re-design my web site ([url removed, login to view]) with these changes:
Task 1: Convert headings on main page to same style, but H1 format.
Task 2: Add approximately 70-100 pages to the website. Each page will consist of the same web page template, but with a different headline and a few paragraphs of text taken from my book. (What I want to do is provide a preview of each section of my book for prospective buyers, with a "buy" button on the page. I will provide the headlines and text.) The point of having all these pages is to become an authority site, so I want spiders to be able to crawl them.
Task 3: Cross link references in the above pages as appropriate.
Task 4: Construct a "table of contents" with links to the above pages.
Task 5: Affliates are sending me traffic. Right now all the traffic is going to the main page. If an affiliate sends me a user, and the user clicks around in my site and then buys, I want the affiliate to be properly credited for the sale.
