CTC 85: Address Geo-Coordinate Manual Correction System

Your job for this project posting is only to write PHP and MySQL code. We need a vWorker coder to write a web application to help an admin user create postings on vWorker which in turn will help another vWorker user find and correct geocoding errors. There is a discussion attached, from our task tracking system. The requirements for this project are very flexible so please explain how you will approach it. The objective is to correct all the errors in the database using only vWorker workers and without ongoing input from the Site Owner. The flow is Your Code -> to Admin Worker -> to vWorker -> to Admin Worker -> back to Your Code. Our budget for this task is $500 but we prefer to pay $100 or less.
