SHORTNESS OF DEADLINE IS OF THE UTMOST IMPORTANCE WITH THIS PROJECT. THE SHORTER THE DEADLINE, THE MORE LIKELY YOUR BID IS ACCEPTED.
ALL PRE-WRITTEN CODE FROM 2007’S TABLES AND MAPS AND THE DETAILED SPECIFICATION IS INCLUDED IN THE ATTACHED ZIP FILE.
A table output and related Google map output for each CSV file which is dynamically created from address information via a batch of CSV uploaded in batch format into the back end admin panel.
We will have a number of event coordinating representatives creating CSV file which contain sequential addresses which make up a route. These are called pub crawl route schedules. A pub crawl is basically a schedule of different routes of bars/clubs a person attends during one night, an example would be attending 10 different bars all in one night at different times during the night. We create different route paths for different cities we choose. Last year, our schedule for one city looked like this: [login to view URL]
The event coordinators will do this by creating CSV files which contain the information specified below for each venue (plotted point) on the route. These CSV files will be loaded into the back end panel in a batch format (loading multiple files in at once) and then our system will convert each loaded CSV file to it’s own table which is grouped, organized and laid out properly, each table with an associated Google Map (or Yahoo map, whichever API creates a better output).
