This is not an easy contract. It will have to be integrated with PayPal as well as a 'admin' system that allows admin to see current accounts and keep moderate financial records. Math skills are a must as you must incorporate PayPal fee's and our service fee's to the services we provide and our subscriptions. The top will also have 'AdCast' service that you must apply so that only non-subscribers view the ads. This will be added last. The site is to be designed almost exactly like rent-a-coder, however for 'Artists'. People can hire artists, post projects, or simply look through people's gallerys and hire them. Our gallery's, color coding and style will be simple and done like '[login to view URL]'. ## Deliverables !!!Download the .rtf file for full design details!!! 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 1.1) Must have full admin system that allows a person with no coding experience to edit the site. News system, Add/Remove subscriptions, add/remove credit, etc.. 1.2) Coder must install and apply all design into our server, he/she will have full server access and is expected to work around any minor bugs. (Major ones our doubtful, we have great VPS hosting.) 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) Must garentee 3 months bug fixes. 90% of payment will be sent when completed, final 10% after 3 months bug fixes if nessisary. Bugs may consist of errors or minor over sights in initial design. Anything major we will simply re-hire for changes. ## Platform Must work on all major browsers. Coding should be done in CSS, if PHP or PERL is nessisary it is allowed.
