Build single webpage from PSD - Must be valid XHTML and CSS2 - jQuery will be required

I will provide you with a PSD file, and you will need to code the page and make it look identical to the PSD file. You must use actual text where there is text, I don't want you to use images for the links or anything like that. The navigation must be an unordered list (ul) and consist of (li) items etc, so it will all be controllable through the CSS Your code must be clean, and standards compliant and the page must display correctly in the following browsers as a minimum: - Internet Explorer 8 - Internet Explorer 8 Compatibility View - Internet Explorer 7 - Firefox 3+ - Google Chrome Images such as the background etc must be optimized correctly, so as they are not large files, but there is no visible loss in quality. Also for any images on a background you should use the PNG image format and make the background transparent, rather than just including the background as part of the image. These are all pretty standard requirements of any clean XHTML/CSS layout. So I will expect them to be adhered to strictly. As this is something I can do, but haven't got the time at the moment I won't be looking to pay a lot i'm afraid, as I can always wait until I have the time if necessary. ## Deliverables The PSD will be provided to the winning bidder. This will be layered with everything you need to code the layout. The orange text is mostly links, apart from those directly under blue headings, it should make sense when you look at the layout which are links though. The "Video" is not going to be a video, so just code using XHTML/CSS for now, i'll be replacing that at a later date myself.
