Build A Basic HTML Interface

Basically, I want a simple XHTML/CSS mockup of the site described below. This mockup will later be used to build a dynamic site but you are only bidding on the mockup. The mockup should use static information where dynamic information will be placed. Here is the basic site idea: A website that allows a user to post information about a car they have for sale in the USA. The mockup should consist of the following pages (it is up to you to decide what goes on these pages - I just have the basic idea - your job is to create the implementation): 1. The front page (a place explaining the site, a form to submit information about your vehicle you are trying to sell, a login form, and a navigation bar). 2. The display page (this is the page where the vehicle information will be displayed - I need you to figure out what should be displayed on this page and how it should be displayed - you should probably check to see what other car site are showing on their sites). This page will be accessed by a special link: [login to view URL] Basically, I just need you to give some form to my idea.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
