When you hover over the main item it will smoothly scroll down and show all the submenu items. In the example it shows the hightlighted state over "photography" and under photography "candid" is the hovered item. The active page should have the little icon next to it activated. The site needs to be built in PHP so the menu can be updated dynamically and update all the pages. I will send you the details of the photo carousel control upon awarding the project. It should play, pause and move to the next images. When you hover the images the top bar should slide down on top of it. On the about page, there are two ai files but it is one page. When you are on the about page and you click Meet the team, the first side of the page needs to be a panel. When the click "Meet the Team" that should slide out to the left, on the "Meet the Team" ai file should slide in from the right side to left. When you click the \"Return to about\" it should do the reverse. On the "Meet the Team" side of the page, when the user hovers an image, the other 2 images should go black and white to show focus. Also when the user hovers, that persons information should fade into appearance in the box with the name, title, etc... When the lose focus on the image, the images should all reactivate in color and the members info should fade out and disappear from the box. When you hover over the top bar links, the hover color should be white, and even if the page has been visited it should still be white.
