Adding and formatting pages within wordpress

I have three pages I'd like added to my wordpress blog. There are 2 pages for prospects to register details for (1) a 7 day email bootcamp; and (2) consulting services package. I also have a page for testimonials I'd like to add. The reason I need help is because of formatting issues and the need for each page to be a whole page (i.e. not have any columns on the RHS). The email series registration page links to emails I have already loaded in AWeber, and I have the code for the form to insert into the registration page that I can send to you. The testimonial page needs to be loaded onto my wordpress page, and I can then link the URL to other pages I have already loaded onto my wordpress site. I have the relevant WinRAR zip files for all three pages, plus graphics, and examples of what the pages should look like. I am using Mimbo3 for my wordpress blog, so you can see the formatting currently used. ## Deliverables I have examples of what the pages should look like, and WinRARzip files that can be used to create the pages in my wordpress blog. Formatting is the key issue, and I need help with that as I want full pages rather than my RHS menu included on the page as it does not work with these specific pages
