We have a Wordpress website and we are using Pagelines 2.0 Wordpress theme.

This website is for a Dancing Company. Wordpress is hosted using hostgator hosting and Theme is installed.
We want our website to look same as attached mock-up.
We want the following functions in our website:
• A Large size logo at the top on the left side
• Facebook, Twitter and YouTube buttons
• Menus on the right side with the font similar to [login to view URL]
• Large Slider under the menus
• Sidebar on the right side
• Facebook Fan box on the right sidebar
• Latest tweets on the right sidebar
• Small Advertisement on the right sidebar
• Latest Posts with Like and tweet button
• Copyrights in the footer
