Custom Wordpress Template Needed -

Hi all.... Firstly, I do not want any bidders with bad feedback - you need at least 20+ feedback and you need to show me proof of previous wordpress templates you have built. PLEASE NO AUTOMATIC BIDDERS - ***ADD THE REFERENCE 'DCJ' WHEN APPLYING OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE IGNORED*** I want a simple and navigation-friendly blog/site that has the following and is similar in style to both of these styles of sites: [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] 1) an autoplay video on the top right hand corner of each page like example 2 with an opt-in form directly below the video that integrates to my aweber and that I can easily configure 2) The ability for all blog posts to have facebook share/twitter share/pinterest/stumbleupon and more 3) Space for advertisements banners on the site at the top and side of the pages 4) It has to be simple and a balance between the two above links 5) There needs to be room for a good logo at the top and a clean background to the page is needed 6) I need a logo designed In this package as well as a couple of other bits - it has to look clean, smart and elegant so you will NEED a track record of a great logo design 7) Below the logo, I want the ability to create menus easily (simple with wordpress) and have the most recent blog post on the home page at the top with the others descending below 8) On the right hand side of all pages, I want a space for a few promotional bits such as Facebook page widget, social media buttons with follower amounts on the buttons. There may be a couple of other simple bits along the way, but these won't be too elaborate. I will personally own this template after it is made and all the rights will be mine thereafter. I am after a custom template for this. Half of the payment will be released when I see the draft of the layout etc and the other half will be sent on completion... This has scope to be a long-term relationship with other projects I have...
