I am finishing a Wordpress site for an "Alternative Medical Clinic".
We have several online medical forms that we need integrated into the site so that customers can fill out and digitally 'sign' the forms on our website, the forms then need to be securely retrieved so they can be printed out by our non-tech office workers. This should all be done securely and be HIPAA compliant.
The site itself is close to being done, so no design work or anything like that needs to be done, just simple forms based off of the examples I would provide. There will be six online forms in all, all based off of preexisting 'intake' and 'eligibility' forms for two different locations.
Please be aware the nature of the 'Alternative Clinic' involves Medical Marijuana.
