Create short urls to our existing customer pages

Create a short url script we can use to link to our customer photos The current links we display are so long that many browsers drop off parts of the link, rendering them useless. Customers click the partial links and get a 404 page. Our customers think their photos are missing. We want to leave the existing url in place, but also create a short url to the same page - using this syntax: [login to view URL] (ex. [login to view URL]) This short url will will add the unique transaction ID that we already create - and add it just after the domain name (and forward it to the page that already exists).
