Auto blogging Wordpress website

I already purchased a Wordpress auto blogging theme and plugins, to the plugin collects RSS feed and Youtube video/channels/playlists and automatically creates posts . I just need to edit the theme and plugins the enable the following: - Enable RTL (right to left) as an option to be enabled/disabled from Wordpress admin. - Add a section to insert a translation of every button/option of the website for ease of adding another language. - Enable login/register with Facebook only (standard Wordpress login/register should be disabled) - Enable comments on posts with Facebook. - Enable automatic posting of individual posts or all posts in certain category or all website posts to one or more Facebook fan pages. - After logging in, user have the option to post: 1- A link to other page, 2- An opinion, 3- A question - Dring posting, the user have the option to add image or video to the post by searching google images, flicker, youtube, dailymotion or vimeo. Also the user will have the option to upload the image or video from his own computer. - Enable (agree and disagree) buttons on every opinion post, once clicked show voting percentages for every vote. User actions should automatically share the post on Facebook with comments like: {user} agrees/disagrees with... - Enable (yes and no) buttons on every question post, once clicked show voting percentages for every vote. User actions should automatically share the post on Facebook with comments like: {user} says yes/no to... - All users submissions (Links, Opinions and Questions) should be subject to Admin approval unless the user is manually upgraded to Author role or higher. - Adjust the theme to show user options after logging in, options are: Opinions, Questions, Categories and UserAccount. Every option will list another functions that will be described latter. - This is a multisite Wordpress installation, so all the above adjustments should be applicable on all other website subdomains. The developer would be required to make the theme and plugin with all adjustments ready in a .zip format with can be installed in any other Wordpress installation. - Enable Geographical tracking to determine the user country and direct him automatically to his respective country/area subdomain. If a subdomain is not available for a specific source country, the user lands on the main domain which should have a manual subdomain selector. - Enable country/area links on main domain and all subdomain landing page. - Enable playing Youtube videos as a popup screen once the user clicks on the post. - Adjust RSS importer to use every feed image as a featured image for the post. If feed images is not available, automatically search google images for the post title keywords and post it as featured. Also the option to use one specific static image or keep as text only for a certain feed sources should be available to overwrite (if enabled) other settings. - Adjust the video importer to do auto posting from certain channels or playlists or using certain keywords. - Embedded advertisement inside the post list in main page including video ads in different locations. with the ability to remove the code of certain adds to remove it. Ads should be configurable in all pages. - In addition to the post pages numbers at the bottom of the screen, add right and left navigation on the middle of the screen. - The entier website should be fully responsive and functional from all devices. - A detailed document (showing exact requirements) will be provided upon awarding the project. Budget allocated to this project is $500. Any bids higher than this amount will be ignored (so please don't waste your time and mine). Also make sure to review the requirements carefully before you bid, any extra charges after awarding the project will not accepted and will result in a dispute and a very bad review in your profile.
