Application for customizing cellphone cases (images, text, color). Wordpress app preferably

I was asked to develop a website that needs the following online application. The website is about printing cases for cellphones and tablets. The client needs an online application where: 1) the user selects a model of cellphone or tablet (the system must have a model of the shape for each of these models) 2) when a model is selected, a similar system appears: [login to view URL] (The look of the page doesn't need to look the same. I need similar tools as shown there) 3) The user has the ability to upload images. Create text. Select colors for the cover. Images and text can be resized, rotated, or put in front or at the back of other images/texts. There is also a reset button for starting over. 4) When the user stops customizing the system, the system can have two options (these two options are selected by my client, and is set in the admin settings). Option 1: Every time an image is customized and goes to checkout, an email is set to the admin. The email must have the name of the user, email, address, city, country, phone number. Also included, it is the model of the cellphone he selected, the final image of the case selected (the whole composition), the texts and images in separate (so the admin can recreate the case composition by himself). Any detail for recreating the model must be sent to the admin Option 2: Check out system, shopping cart. A way to sell online the customized version of this. In any case, the email described in option 1 must be sent. I guess the system must have a shopping cart for saving the info of each user. I don't know if this system can be customized with Woocommerce. Finally, we prefer this to be done in Wordpress. The client asked this to be done in a CMS. So Wordpress integration is a must. (The system must have a way to add new models to the database. While right now I don't know which models of tablets/cellphones are needed, the system must have a way to be updated). Your proposals must cover all these topics.
