Add Shortlist and Contact Popup Buttons

I have an existing real estate website offers properties to the clients from different places. I would like people to be able to add the properties they like to their shortlists and to be able to send inquiry by email. You can find an example of what I want exactly through [login to view URL] you can see the button Add to Wishlist button below each property box. I also need a popup contact form look exactly the same as the website I link above. When people click on Enquiry Now button a popup form should come up and on the left handside of the popup window the main picture of the villa should appear. On the right handside the contact form should come up. Basically I want exactly same as this one that you can see through the link here; [login to view URL] Enquiry form is on the right upside of the page in turqouise color. I also would like to display those buttons inside the property page. You can see the pictures I've attached. I show how it is right now and how I want it to be. The website is built in wordpress. This job requires a good knowledge of Jquery, php and css. So please bid if you understand exactly what I mean. Thank you for your time.
