C# .net duplicate file manager

Very Urgent project the Deadline must be met! Please don't bid on this project unless you are 100% certain you will meet the deadline.

This is a .net C# desktop application that will recurse through all the files and directories in a selected directory or drive.

Regardless of the name of the file if the content of the file is a duplication of another file all the duplicated files must be listed.

Once all the duplications have been listed the application must allow the user to delete the duplicated file they chose.

If the application aborts prematurely or the user stops the application the application must be able to resume from where it last left off if the user choses to do so or start again if the user choses not to do so.

The user should also be able to pause the search.

The application needs to indicate that the application is busy searching if it is.

Take into account very large files and a large amount of files and directories. ie it needs to be fast.

A suggestion is to use CRC32 checksum but it is not a requirement.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
