design newsletter software for mulitple clients

? I will write a monthly newsletter.? I need the software to:? ? Add clients name, business address, phone? and defined it into a overall group name. I need to be able to quickly and easily insert their logo on the top bar of the newsletter (from scanning it in or getting a digital image) and have it saved to use. So once I scan it in and assign it to that client file it should remain in there and automatically go into the newsletter after I create it. So each month for all those clients they will get their logo on newsletters automatically. Basically I write one newsletter which will go to all the client's separate customers’ emails who subscribed and the logo will be attached automatically from that. I need to be able to create the clients basic information initially and type of subscription billing (6 months or yearly) a way to let me know which clients needs to re-subscribe and an invoice sent which is already formatted. I should have a way to create more then one newsletter for groups areas say I can label it "physical therapists" and another "digital photographers" each "group" will get the same newsletter. Again each client in the group will have their logo? inserted automatically and sent out to the email list for that clients. I want WYSIWYG for the newsletter template so I can change things around manually.? I should be like the bulk newsletters email programs and email newsletter writing programs with the above ideas incorporated into them. I want full and exclusive rights to the software ## Deliverables I may need a database for the list of clients and searchable by name? or person, name of business and by business type. (name of group) I am not sure which database, since this will not be very large.
