C# Systray Only App

I am learning C# as a few of you may know.

But here again time is something I lack.

If someone can provide me a program(source code) for a C# application that is developed/made in MS VS .NET 2003.

The program should simply open up, minimize to the systray (dont show any start up window or anything, just show up as an icon in the systray).

Should include a working right click menu on the systray icon and have an item on the menu that opens a window with about information, fairly simple I would assume.

I have more specific need though, I am going to need to be able to show a tempature (2 digits, maybe 3) in this systray app's icon, so the user can just look and see there current tempature, I need the code to display text as the icon.

I will write all the weather gathering and etc. I just need the basis for the systray and icon control. I am not sure how complicated this would be, but I dont think it would run more than $50 worth of coding time.

2) Must be delivered in source code form of all msvsnet03 files (zip file)

3) Must be written in C#
