Delphi and DevExpress QuantumTreeList 4(repost)

I need a GUI only that has to created with TreeQuantumList of DevExpress. [login to view URL] I want you to download NetLimiter 2 Pro ([[login to view URL]][1]) and see the grid inside the gui. Connection, Incoming, Speed, Limit... etc. What I want from you is to create an exact copy of this grid using DevExpress QuantumTreeList 4. You have to add the data programatically. You can use fake (dummy data) not real processes. You have to add all controls, display speed, limit, when you click it it popups to add a speed etc etc. Your code must be very clear and well commented so I can later use it to put real data. JUST grid GUI, not real working program. I need the GUI only. Deliver delphi 7 source code.
