Custom Windows Media Encoder

**Custom Media Encoder Required!** Based on Windows Media Encoder SDK, we require a customised Windows Media Encoder compined with an IP redirection service such as [login to view URL] The streaming delay/latency (point between when video is encoded then dispalyed on web), is very important. if you have a technology or idea to stream good quality video with a minimum of delay on the viewers end, please send a COMMENT with your suggestion & EXAMPLE. We currently require: 1) Use Windows media Encoder 9 2) Use crome/silver effect for GUI 3) Encoder will have our logo with ability to change logo 4) User can choose the following bit rates: Audio - 24k CBR mono + stereo Audio - 64k CBR mono + stereo Audio - 128k stereo Video - 33k - 38k CBR Video - 128k MBR 5) Encoder will automatically detect working audio/video device 6) User enters just title & author for stream details 7) No-IP system built in with e-mail/pswd log on (if 2 programs cannot be combined, then the installer should install both programs, when application started, programs start in sequence with no IP first. PLEASE MAKE INITIAL CONTACT AS COMMENT, as we want to hear from you first if you have any experience, listen to your suggestions or if you feel we can add any beneficail features. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows 2000/XP/. Great if encoder can work on Win/98/Me too but not nessessary.
