Covertion Tool

There is a converter tool called pstoedit. It uses ghostscript to convert a Postscript (PS) file to an Enhanced Meta Graphics (EMF) file. The utility can actually convert to many other formats as well but I am mainly interested in EMF. I don't have the time to look over the manual to see exactly how to use this utility. I need eitther a batch file or program that will use the [login to view URL] program with the correct parameters to convert an input postscript file to an output emf file...or series of files. If the postscript file consists out of more than one page I must be able to specify an output directory where the EMF files numbered 000...[login to view URL] will be created. The result should be a program (with source) or a batch file that will run from the command-line like this: programname inputfile outputdirectory - a postscript file - path where each of the pages in the postscript will be extracted into an EMF file. This must be done asap. Deliverables full rights + source if any. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform All Windows 32bit versions
