Car Rental Management System (Web Application)

I am looking for a customized solution for my car rental company based in Malaysia. Requirements : Web based application and also accessible by mobile phone browsers. The details and specification of the system is about the similar as the [login to view URL] You can check out the system at the website. the only disadvantage of the system is it is a desktop application and need to be retouched for my usage. All the modules there are required with some additional modules like i) Summon Search ii) Exchange Car Functionality iii) Customers Details to be added in more lines and attachment of pictures iv) Custom feed in of Rental Agreement numbers and some minor enhancement as we proceed on to fit my need. The Work Flow Of My Operations : i) First the customer will call and make a booking so there will be the sales team on the move so it must be accessible by mobile phone to select the available cars and book it. ii) As the booking and the return car list are provided in a print out daily my operations boys will checkout the cars and collect the cars from the customers. iii) They will do the agreement with the customers and bring the rental agreement to be data entered back to the system and attach the scanned copy of the customer passport and identification card in to the system and so on iv) This process repeats everyday. The other functions are just similar with the system in the website I have provided. I would prefer a programmer who has experience in developing this kind of system for similar industry.
