Hi, I'd like to get the linux BT stack ([login to view URL]) ported to Mac OS X, and a device-specific kext driver for a USB BT dongle created from that source. Because we need to be able to control some low-level details of the BT communication protocol (specifically, conversation credits in the handshake), we can't use the built-in BT stack of the Mac OS. The driver should work on 10.3 and 10.4. I'm not particular about which specific BT adapter we match against with this driver, but it should be one that's commercially available and which we both agree on. (If you don't have a USB BT adapter, please include an extra $50 or so in your bid for the purchase of one.) The driver should include 10.4-compatible byte swapping routines for the eventual rebuild on Intel systems. Thank you!
