Backup Application

Hello, We are in need of backup program which would be very similiar to a program like Handy Backup ([login to view URL]) It would have the same type of features. We are starting an FTP Backup Service so the most important features are speed of transfer, encrytion, and imcremental backup. We would need all the features which Handy offers plus a few extra such as Real-time backup (as soon as a file is saved or changed it is automatically uploaded via FTP). This would be set as an option. We will be offering a 30 day free trial of the program and will need a license code solution. Please explain the best way (and easist) to accomplish this. This program would need to install and work on all windows based machines. All source code would owned by us and the bids should include 1 year of support to fix or correct any/all bugs that may be found. We will supply the logos for the program. We can assist with the graphics but would prefer a provider who can create icons and such. We are looking for a long-term partner as new versions and options will be made. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform All windows based machines.
