BackEnd Web System Creation

Hi all. We are a Legal company based in New York City. We provide Loss Mitigation services to the real estate community (short sales, loan modifications, etc.) We are seeking a full backend to our website. The backend contains 7 different systems, which you may bid on individually, or as a whole. We are seeking to complete this project in a most expeditious manner, with bonuses for a swift completion. The seven systems are as follows: 1) Fax Engine - Using eFax Developer, create a system which will allow our customers to fax documents to our eFax account, and automatically have these documents uploaded into the proper database location. This will include the creation of a dynamic bar code creation/recognition system with autocreation of cover sheets specific to the user's name, the service order, and the document type. 2) An Internal Messaging System - Much like a Facebook/Myspace mailbox, used for internal messaging between clients and administrators only. 3) Document Management System - A web-based organizational model for the management of an individual clients documents, based upon service order numbers and document type. All documents will be uploaded either as a JPG, PDF, or Word Doc. 4) Client Account System - Registration system for new users. Administration of user accounts, including permissions and grouping. Three levels of users (Admin, User, and Group Admin, which is a the client-side manager of a group, and able to see all the documents his group submits.) 5) Admin Interface - Contains all the actions the administrator of the site would need, in a GUI. 6) Billing System - Secured billing using a payment gateway as well as paypal. 7) Bulk Email Tool We have created the Frontend of the site.
