Asterisk Guru Needed

We're looking for someone who has guru level expertise with Asterisk. You will be sent details if you provide details of your previous work on askerisk. We're just trying to find a way for you to build a module, either inside, or outside of Asterisk, which can help in noise and speech detection. It should clearly differentiate speech from noise, and should relay in case of speech to Sphinx. Generally, your Asterisk skills may not be all that is needed here, but your ability to code this module is very important. Sphinx integration ofcourse is very important too. Please talk to us if you think you can do this. Lumenvox already has a similar module but the problem is, that module only works with Lumenvox for now, whereas we need that for Sphinx.
