We need to take a text file whose name includes the SiteID# & date and transmit it over the internet to a central office from a small number of sites. We need to receive this information, save it in the same file name and format as it was received. On a daily basis if each site does not automatically send their file or something hpaaens to he transmission, we need to email a request for the file to the administrator(the email address to be archived in a database along with the ID#)- We need to store all of the files from each site and for each working day of the month, and on a monthly basis consolidate this information and print out a report with this information. We will have a different style report for each different state(like in states of the USA), however the basic information contained in the report will be consistant across all states even though the reports are different. We will supply the report format as we progress with each additional state. We will need software for both sides of this operation, one on each site to transmit the file both bon demand and automatically at the end of each day at shutdown, and on the central office site. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Win 98SE-Developed application in VB6 and the included DB.
