ASP.NET, C Sharp. Small task.

Create a copy of a website and database with a modified front end interface. We have a website here: [login to view URL] 1. We want you to copy this site and the database that is behind it and create a new website. 2. Empty the data from the database in our new website. (we will then enter the product and create the necessary constituency ids and items in the database) 3. Copy the map interface from this site: [login to view URL] and put it on the new website, AND link the items in the fla map to items in the database of the newly created site. 4. Change the language to English, at the moment the rtbf site runs in French from an xml file, we want the language toggled to English. Things that will be the same: - core website - database structure - all existing functionality from rtbf website will remain present and completely functional - existing website MUST remain in place and must not be effected by this exercise at any time during this process (if the existing website or database is effected in ANY WAY by this process this task will have been deemed failed) Things that will be different - landing page (map from [login to view URL] will be there) - language, will be changed to English - still running from an xml file. - new logos will be provided - header and footer will require cosmetic changes Product will be fully tested by you and be presented to us with no more than 3 bugs. Site will be uploaded to its final destination by coder and configured to run on server at maximum load levels, including tuning of the database if necessary. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Site must work perfectly in all versions of IE, Firefox, Chrome and Safari.
