Custom registration form with verification to an existing chat site

Create a custom registration form for our Voice Chat site that will require verification before activatin the username(Nick Name) Currently the software installed(123FlashChat) requires only a username,password to register, which is flooding our database with users with 10s on names. Keep in Mind that we will devolop our site in the near future and might make it a forum, a blog or a social network, so when designing this custom registration form make sure you keep that in mind for easy integration and customization for what we will do in the future. Another thing that we want in this registration form is forcing members who already have accounts to verify their existing accountsbefore being able to proceed to the chatroom. then after 60 days we would want to delete all unverified accounts. Also,will want to add the ability ro manually verify account by Admin, just an option that we can turn on and off as needed. Also needed is being able to know the ip address that user is registering from. Email address of the registrant need NOT to be visiable to other users. verified email addresses of users go to a mailing list for the site incase we want to send news letters to all registered [login to view URL] to add google ads in the registration process, as well as any other ads or messages we would like to add when registering. making sure registration form and logging on is 100% secured. also ability to Prohibit certain words and characters to be used in the Nick Name while registering. forcing old members with prohibited charachters to edit their nickname before they proceed to the chat. doing that and keeping in mind that we might in the near future migrate this database and integrate it with may be a social network script such as phpfox or may be a wordpress,so keep that in [login to view URL] can read documentation in 123flashchat website to more understand the process [login to view URL] as well as u can download a free trial version to test out. in the cpanel of the chat there is a field for customized registration url that i can add to point registration to the newly devoloped registration form. for any questions dont hesitate to ask. might add more to tweak after testing
