A new type website required

I need a new type website; you could call it either a Virtual Trade Show, a Virtual Exhibitions Center, or an Online Trade Fair Center. If you have ever been to a Trade Fair or a Trade Show, you already know 80% of my requirements. If not, make sure you know all about Trade Shows (Trade Fairs) before you bid. Here is how I work: I will send you a video of an existing website that looks much like the one I want. If you conclude that you can do it, I'll send you a detailed List of Requirements (LoR). I have only two conditions: 1- You must break up your bid into stages, and give a clear time table as to how long will it take for every stage, and what points from my LoR will be completed in each stage. I make the escrow payments for every stage at the beginning of that stage and release it upon completion. 2- Before I select you, we must agree to each other's protection; what do you want from me to make sure I do not "screw you" in the future and what do you offer for my protection. This point is very important for me and I am open to your suggestions on this point.
