anti spamming

Dear Sir/ Maddam I am a company based in the UK and was in need of assistance in anti-spamming. I will like to employ someone who knows what they are doing and what they are dealing with. For a the past couple of months my company has fallen victim to spammers and wondered if there is any software that can be designed to remove spammers emails from my inbox. We need need this software in place as it will help us as a business to keep our customers save and reduce the threat of a security breach. I was wondering if there is a software that can be developed or a programme in place that can uliminate the threat of spamming so we do not encounter this problem again.
