amember web design project

i am looking for a PHP/mysql web designer/programmer who is familiar with Amember Pro from [login to view URL] this project consists of creating a custom built backend content management system (no Mambo, Typo3, or other open CMS) that controls the layout and look and feel of many flash movies i will make available. the backend must also provide a way to upload flash movies in bulk quickly and a method to organize them and present them tastefully. amember will integrate with the entire system and control access to the files and payment methods. I have a mockup of the entire website so the only thing needed is a team to work on the backend and code the front end. I am giving this project 6 weeks to be completed. I have had 2 other teams work on it (one from Elance and another from GAF) and because of bad communication and failure to meet deadlines, I had to let them go and try again. i hate excuses and failure to meet deadlines. payment will be made via western union, paypal, or remit2india and in 4 equal payments. payment is made after a milestone is reach. There will be no initial deposit as i have been burned twice before and this payout schedule will give you more incentive to get the job done on time. communication will be via yahoo IM once the project has started. i would like updates daily. to be considered for this project, you must submit samples of websites you have worked that use amember pro. if you have not worked on amember before, you will need to convince me that you have the resources and talent to work with complex php projects. if you are really serious and want to get my attention, you will download the trial version, install it on a server, and show me how resourceful and talented you are. in any case, the website will be hosted on a redhat linux server with cpanel control panel installed. please send a private message if you have any questions. i may close this project early if i find someone who i believe is talented enough to do the project and follow through to completion.
